Refunds and Returns Policies

All Chilula Rose items are made with love and great care has been taken to ensure the highest quality.

We want you and your little one to be happy with the fit and feel of your purchase, please be sure to familiarise yourself with the sizes and measurements provided for each item. If unsure on sizing please contact us, and we will be delighted to help out with a recommendation.

We accept returns, provided, item is unused, tags attached, unaltered, unwashed and returned within 14 days of purchase. Return costs are at the customer’s expense. General wear and tear is not covered.

We unfortunately do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping info as we can not alter it once it has shipped. If we need to resend an item due to incorrect shipping info provided, it will be at the customer’s expense.

 

Faulty Items:

We do very stringent quality control on all our products, if in the unlike event you do receive a faulty product please follow the below:

If you received a faulty or damaged item from the online purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@chilularose.com

We will then instruct you on how to return the item. Please retain proof of purchase.The customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

After receiving and inspecting the item we will approve your request for a refund or exchange.
