Here is a list of frequently asked questions:
Q) When will I receive my order?
A) Items are made to order with an average turn around time of 10 working days.
Delivery turn around times are between 5-7 Days depending on courier used.
Q) Will I receive tracking information about my parcel?
A) Yes we will send you a confirmation email once we have sent your parcel which will contain your tracking number.
Q) How do I track my parcel?
A) You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This number can be copied and pasted into the relevant shipper’s website for tracking updates.
Q) Do you accept exchanges if the size isn't correct?
A) Yes we do! We do however recommend reading the sizing guide thoroughly. There are a few conditions:
If we still have the same fabric available you can exchange your item by posting it back to us at your expense and we will post the new size to you at our expense.
The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered in anyway, tags still attached and you have made contact with us within 14 days of purchase.
Q) Do you accept refunds?
A) Yes we do, please see more info in our Return Policy tab.
Q) Where are our items made?
A) All of our clothing items are made either in our home Studio in Cape Town or Cape Town based manufacturing facilities.
Q) How do I wash/ care for my product?
A) We have Care instructions with each product description.
Q) Do you ship worldwide?
A) No we don’t currently, we only shipping in South Africa at the moment.
Q) What is your clothing size range?
A) Kids sizes 1-5
